Preparation for the shoot and booking the date

To reserve a date, you pay for my consultation (100 zł). This is not just a “deposit”, it’s full joint preparation for the shoot. It includes:

• Developing the idea and concept (what will our story be about?);
• Help with outfits (I’ll suggest what from your wardrobe will look best on camera, so you don’t have to stress over “what to wear”);
• Location scouting (I’ll find a studio, a cozy café, or a beautiful route that fits our idea);
• Creating a moodboard (examples and references so we’re on the same wavelength).

For me, this payment is a guarantee that we’re both serious and that the shoot will happen. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the session.

About the studio

You book and pay for the photo studio yourself in your own name.
Why so? It’s a safeguard against awkward situations. If suddenly (it happens!) your plans change the day before the shoot, studios usually don’t issue refunds.
It’s important for me not to incur financial losses or go into the red because of the studio rental. I will, of course, recommend trusted studios and send you links.

Makeup

I photograph naturalness, and for me live, real skin is more important than a “mask” effect. Your usual daytime makeup is the perfect option.

Retouching and “plastic surgery”

I don’t change your appearance: I don’t make you slimmer, don’t enlarge your eyes, and don’t “fix” your nose. It’s important to me that you see yourself in the photos.
Temporary imperfections like a pimple, bruise, or scratch I will remove, but your facial features, moles, and natural lines will remain.

“I don’t know how to pose”

This is the phrase I hear most often from clients. I don’t expect you to have modeling experience — I will calmly and gently guide you: where to stand, how to turn, and what to do with your hands.

Timing and raw files

I deliver the finished photos within 2 weeks.
I only deliver the final edited images (color correction and retouching). I do not provide raw files (RAW) — they are my working material.

Can we keep the photos private?

By default, I may use your photos in my portfolio — this helps future clients understand how I shoot. It’s important for me to be able to show my work.
If you need full confidentiality, please tell me in advance. I will absolutely respect that, but the cost will be 30% higher, as I won’t be able to show the results of my work.

Important note:

The price of each package already includes that very same preparation consultation which you pay for when booking (100 zł). On the day of the shoot, you pay the remaining amount.
